Partner terms

1. Who runs it

The FleckifyS Partner Programme is operated by Trần Bá Nam, an individual in Vietnam, for FleckifyS. Payments to and from the programme go through the account of Trần Lê Xuân Nhị. If the operator changes, every partner is told by email at least 30 days before. Questions: nam@fleckifys.com.

2. Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over who studies at university, teaches, trains, or simply likes the templates can apply. Joining is free and there is nothing to buy. Every application is reviewed by hand and may be declined without a reason. You need a way to receive money (PayPal, Wise, a bank account or MoMo); partners in Vietnam also give a phone number.

3. One level only

You earn commission on purchases made with your code. You never earn a percentage of another partner's sales, including people you invite. The only exception is the invite reward in section 6: one fixed template, once, when a person you invited makes their first unlocked sale. This is not a multi-level programme.

4. Codes and discounts

• A buyer who uses your code pays 10% less on templates, Essential and Custom decks (deck prices are rounded to whole dollars in the buyer's favour). Codes cannot be combined.
• The buyer is then linked to you for 12 months after their latest purchase. Their later purchases get the same 10% off and earn you commission, even without the code.
• If a buyer is already linked to another partner, the first link stays.
• You cannot use your own code, and purchases you make for yourself through another person do not earn commission. Partner accounts cannot use any partner code, including another partner's. Your other addresses (for example the same Gmail address with dots or a +tag) count as your own email.

5. Commission

• You earn 10% of the amount the buyer actually pays, after the discount. Decks are paid in two halves; each half earns its own commission when it is paid.
• Founding partners: the first 20 partners approved (counted by the date of approval) earn 15% instead (10% + 5 percentage points), for as long as they remain partners. This applies to commission recorded from 31 October 2026. A place is never passed on to someone else, even if a founding partner leaves. Your dashboard shows whether you are one.
• Each commission unlocks automatically after 30 days. Nobody approves it by hand.
• A refund or dispute on a payment cancels its commission. If that commission was already paid to you, the amount comes off your next unlocked balance.
• Every sale is listed on your dashboard: date, deck, price, your commission, its status and its unlock date. Buyers stay anonymous.

6. Getting paid

• Money: in the first week of each month, everything whose 30-day keep period has ended (see "Keep bonus") is sent in full, with its keep bonus, once it reaches $10, by the method on your dashboard; a smaller amount goes with the next payout, without any extra percentage. If the transfer service charges a fee, it is shown on your dashboard with the payment. Your first cash payout needs at least 3 different buyers with unlocked commission; until then you can still use it for templates.
• Templates: instead of money, you can use unlocked commission for templates at 1.5× its value (a $12 template costs $8 of commission). It arrives by email straight away.
• Bonus: every 5 different buyers with unlocked commission add one free template (several orders from the same buyer count once).
• Keep bonus: unlocked commission you leave untouched for 30 more days (no early payout, no template) grows once, by a rate set by the number of different buyers you had in the calendar month (Vietnam time) in which they paid, on that month's commission: under 5 buyers +10%; 5–9 +12%; 10–14 +14%; 15–19 +16%; 20–24 +18%; 25 or more +20%. Several orders from the same buyer count once. The bonus never compounds. When you use commission early, the earliest unlocked amount is used first. The keep bonus applies only to commission you earned; the programme never takes deposits.
• Each month is settled on its own: when a month's 30-day keep period ends, that month's commission and keep bonus are paid out in full. No balance is held back to earn a higher percentage later, keeping money longer never raises the rate, and the next month counts buyers from 0.
• 10-buyer bonus: when you reach 10 different buyers in total with unlocked commission, you get a one-time $10 bonus, once per partner. If a payment is refunded or disputed and you drop below 10, the bonus is removed until you reach 10 again.
• If an order you referred is refunded or disputed within 120 days, the keep bonus, the 10-buyer bonus and cash payouts pause while FleckifyS checks it by hand.
• Invite reward: a person who signs up with the invite link on your dashboard (or enters your code as "Invited by") and is approved earns you one template when they make their first unlocked sale. Each invited person counts once.
• Currency: commission is counted in US dollars. Payouts to MoMo or a Vietnamese bank are converted at Vietcombank's selling rate on the day of payment, shown on your dashboard with the payment.
• You are responsible for any tax on what you earn where you live.

7. How to promote

• Say it is an ad or a partner link, every time, at the start of the post or message: write "Ad", "#ad" or "partner link", or "I earn a commission if you buy with my code".
• Emails about your code must show your postal address, give an easy way to opt out, and use an honest subject line.
• Share where it is welcome: your own channels, groups that allow it, people you already know, people who asked. Message each person at most twice (one message, one reminder); no reply means stop.
• One partner per buyer: if a buyer already uses another partner's code, do not pitch them.
• Use the posts and covers in the partner kit, or, if you have used a deck yourself, write your own honest review.

Not allowed: spam or mass messages; posting in groups that forbid it; coupon or deal websites; paid ads that use the FleckifyS name; fake reviews; fake or mass accounts (use one real account of your own on each platform); bought followers, likes or views; promises of income; using a school's or organisation's name or logo without permission; saying you are FleckifyS or speak for it.

8. Helping buyers

Besides sharing your code, you may look after the buyers you introduce. You may:

• introduce FleckifyS to people who may need it;
• answer questions using the partner kit and what the site states;
• help a buyer choose between a template ($12), Essential Design ($29) and Custom Presentation (from $59), and send them to the chat assistant on the site or the order form;
• remind a buyer you introduced to send their content or reply to the designer;
• check in after delivery and pass on their feedback through the feedback form, with your code in the link (/feedback/?partner=YOUR-CODE).

Not allowed: taking any money, or a buyer's card or bank details; receiving a buyer's files, passwords or logins; promising prices, discounts, deadlines, extra revision rounds or features that the site does not state; editing, reselling or re-sharing delivered decks; messaging strangers who did not ask; saying you are FleckifyS or speak for it.

Payment, files and delivery always go through the site and the designer. If a buyer asks for something the site does not state, send them to the chat assistant or the order form instead of answering for FleckifyS. Helping buyers does not make you an employee or agent of FleckifyS, and it does not change your commission: 10% of what the buyer pays, 15% for founding partners (section 5).

9. If a rule is broken

First a warning by email. If it continues, the commission on the sales involved is cancelled. After that, or straight away for fraud, the partnership ends and the code stops working. A paused or ended code can be checked on the code check.

10. Your data

FleckifyS keeps your name, email, country, phone (Vietnam only), payout details and how you said you would share, to run the programme and pay you. Your sales list never shows who bought. There is no public ranking. Approved partners see a private monthly revenue leaderboard: rank, what your buyers paid and your number of different buyers, under “Partner #” and a number, or a display name only if you set one on your dashboard. It never shows emails or who bought, and it carries no prize. See the privacy notice; you can ask for your data to be deleted when you leave.

11. Changes and leaving

These terms can change with 30 days' notice by email; commission already earned follows the terms in force when the sale was made. For partners who joined before a change, it applies 30 days after the notice email; partners who join after it are bound from the day they join. You can leave at any time from your dashboard or by email; unlocked commission is paid out, and held commission is paid when it unlocks. If the programme closes, all earned commission is paid. If the English and Vietnamese versions of these terms read differently, the reading more favourable to the partner applies.
