Privacy policy
This page says exactly what this website collects, where it goes and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking pixels. Nobody is profiled and nothing is sold. The only personal information that exists is what you type into the order form, and it is used to answer you and do the work you asked for.
What is collected, and only when you send it
- The order form. Your name, email address, the content you paste in, and your answers about the number of slides, the audience, the goal, your deadline, your style preferences and any Pass the Deck code you enter.
- Pass the Deck. When an order of yours is completed, your email address, first name and personal code are stored so the code, its shares and any credit can work. If you used a friend's code, the link between your order and their code is stored until your order is completed or cancelled.
- Nothing else. Simply reading this website collects nothing from you at all.
Who else sees it
Running a small studio means using a few services. Each one below sees a specific thing, and nothing more.
- Web3Forms delivers your order form to my inbox. It processes everything you typed into the form.
- Whop (whop.com) takes card payments. Its card form opens on top of this website; your card details, billing name, email and address go to Whop, never to this website, and Whop may set its own cookies needed for the payment. It emails your payment receipt, tells this website whether the payment went through, and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy (whop.com/privacy).
- Brevo sends you the receipt confirming your brief arrived, your Pass the Deck code, and the download link for a template you buy. It processes your name and email address.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the Pass the Deck records described above, plus a small record for each order (order number, name, email, package or template, amounts and what has been paid) so payment links work; order records are deleted automatically after 180 days. Like every web host it processes technical request data, including IP addresses, in order to serve the pages.
- Google Fonts serves the three typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
What is stored in your own browser
Two small notes in this tab's session storage: whether you have already seen the opening animation, and which package you picked, so the order button remembers it. They never leave your device, and closing the tab removes them. No identifier, no tracking.
How long it is kept
Order emails and their attachments stay in my inbox and in the project folder for as long as the work and its records need, and are deleted on request. Pass the Deck records are kept while your code or credit can still be used (credit lasts 90 days), and are deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email socialnexusthebrain@gmail.com and say which. There is no form to fill in and no account to close. I will act on it and confirm when it is done.
Deletion has one honest limit. Once an email has been delivered through Web3Forms or Brevo, those providers hold their own copies under their own retention rules. I can delete mine and tell you when I have.
Children
This service is for students aged 13 and over, teachers and other adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and nothing here is designed to collect information from them. If you are under 16 and live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, please ask a parent or guardian before sending an order.
Changes to this policy
If the services behind this site change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal.
Who is responsible
FleckifyS is run by one person, Trần Bá Nam, an individual trading in Vietnam, who decides how the information on this page is used. Contact for anything on this page, including data requests: socialnexusthebrain@gmail.com.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights described above under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
