Terms and conditions

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms cover every order placed through this website. They apply from the moment you send a brief. Sending a brief costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

1. What you are buying

Design work, delivered as files. A presentation (a PowerPoint file plus a PDF copy), or a website, built to the package you chose. Every package and its price is listed on the pricing section of the home page, and those are the only prices that exist. Essential Design has a fixed price. Custom Presentations and websites have a starting price; the final price depends on size and complexity and is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. There is no hourly billing and no surprise line item.

2. When an order becomes an order

Sending the brief is not an order. It is a request. An order exists only when both of these have happened: I have replied with a confirmed scope and price, and the 50% deposit has landed. Until that second thing, nothing is owed and nothing is promised.

3. Price and payment

  • The estimate on the order form is an estimate. The confirmed price in my reply is the price.
  • Payment is by card through Whop (whop.com): 50% when you send your brief, on the card form that opens on this website, and 50% at delivery, through a link emailed to you.
  • Your card details go straight to Whop's secure form. This website never sees or stores them. If I cannot take your order, the deposit is refunded in full.
  • The confirmed price does not move unless you ask for something outside the scope you approved. If you do, I tell you the new number before doing any of the work.
  • Templates on the home page cost $12 each and are paid in full by card on this website. The download link arrives by email once the payment clears. A template has no brief, scope or revision rounds; it is the file shown in its preview.
  • A Pass the Deck code is checked by the system when your brief arrives and shown on the confirmed price. Only one code per order; codes and credit cannot be combined with each other.

4. Delivery times

Essential Design and Custom Presentations: the first draft within 48 hours. Rush, same day, is available for $7 where the schedule allows. Website timelines are agreed with the confirmed price. Every clock starts only when the deposit has landed and your full brief, content and files have arrived. Time spent waiting for your feedback does not count.

5. What I need from you

For Essential Design, your finished content: the text that should appear on the slides. For Custom, notes are fine. If you go quiet for more than 30 days after the deposit, I may close the order and keep the deposit against the work already done.

6. Revisions

Before the full deck is designed you approve a style board: one image showing the colours, type and look. Asking for a new style board uses one of your revision rounds. Beyond that, Essential Design includes two revision rounds. Custom Presentations include three. Website orders include two. A round is one combined list of feedback, not one change. Changing the topic, replacing most of the content, a completely different style, or adding slides is not a normal revision; it is quoted separately. Extra rounds are $7 each; extra slides are $2 each.

6a. Pass the Deck

After a service order of yours is completed you receive a personal code with 3 shares. A friend using it gets 10% off their first order of $29 or more (not templates, not combined with another code). Each friend whose order is completed gives you $3 credit and returns that share. Credit works on orders of $29 or more, expires 90 days after it is issued, has no cash value, and is issued only after the referred order is completed. Three successful referrals earn $10 credit or one premium template; ten make you eligible to apply for the Campus Ambassador programme. I may end or change the programme for new codes at any time; credit already issued stays valid until it expires. Codes obtained through fake orders or self-referral are cancelled.

7. Who owns what

When the final payment has been made, the delivered files are yours. You can use them, edit them where the format allows, and reuse them however you like, commercially included. Your own content stays yours throughout and I claim nothing over it. Reusable game layouts and design components stay mine and are licensed to you for use inside your delivered files. I may show finished work as a sample unless you ask me not to, and asking costs nothing.

8. What you promise me

That you have the right to use the content you send, including any images, logos, fonts and text. If someone else owns it, you have their permission. I do not check this and cannot, so it is on you.

9. What the files will and will not do

Files are checked before delivery. The PowerPoint file opens in PowerPoint 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, and animation and games need PowerPoint to play. The PDF opens anywhere but does not animate. I cannot guarantee behaviour on machines locked down by a school or employer, on unusual or outdated software, or on hardware neither of us has seen. If something does not open on the day, tell me and I will fix it, but plan a dry run rather than finding out live.

10. Liability

I am one person. If something I deliver causes a problem, my responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order. I am not liable for lost business, lost audiences, or anything downstream of a presentation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Refunds

There are none. The work is revised until it is right, inside your included rounds. The refund policy explains this in full, including the narrow situation where money does come back.

12. Cancelling

Before the deposit, cancel by simply not paying it. Nothing is owed. After the deposit, cancel before I send your style board and the deposit is refunded in full. Once the style board has been sent, the work has started and the deposit is not returned.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms can change, and the date at the top moves when they do. Your order is governed by the version in force on the day your deposit landed.

14. Age

You must be 13 or older to order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian should agree to the order and the payment.

15. Who you are dealing with, law and contact

FleckifyS is run by Trần Bá Nam, an individual trading in Vietnam. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any rights the consumer law of your own country gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
