Paying
Half now, half
when it lands.
You pay the 50% deposit by card right after sending your brief, on Whop's secure card form that opens on top of this page. The other half is due at delivery, through a link I email you. This website never sees or stores your card number.
The order of things
Your order is not confirmed until the deposit lands. That is deliberate, and it protects you as much as me.
- You send the brief. One question at a time on the order page. The price is worked out from your answers before you send anything.
- You pay the 50% deposit, right there. The price is a base price plus a fixed amount per extra slide, section or page, so it only changes if the order changes. If I can't take your order, the deposit is refunded in full.
- A receipt arrives by email. One from Whop for the payment, one from me confirming the order. Closed the page before paying? The receipt email has a link to pay the deposit later.
- The deposit lands and the order is confirmed. The delivery clock starts once the deposit and your full content have both arrived.
- You approve a style board. One image with the colours, type and look of your deck. The full deck is designed only after you say yes.
- The first draft arrives, then the second half is requested. You get a PowerPoint file and a PDF copy by email. Your revision rounds start from here.
Where payment requests come from
The deposit is paid on this website, at the end of the brief. The final 50% comes as a link to fleckifys.pages.dev/pay/ in an email from socialnexusthebrain@gmail.com. The card form always belongs to Whop (whop.com), the payment provider, which takes the payment and emails your receipt. If a payment request reaches you from anywhere else, it did not come from me.
What the deposit does and does not cover
The deposit reserves your slot and starts the work. The confirmed price in my reply is the whole price, and it does not move unless you ask for something outside the scope you approved. If you do, I tell you the new number before doing any of it.
Delivery clock
Essential Design and Custom Presentations: first draft within 48 hours, or the same day as a $7 rush. Website timelines are agreed with the confirmed price. Every clock starts when two things are true: the deposit has landed, and your full brief, content and files have arrived. Time spent waiting for your feedback does not count.
Revisions and refunds
Essential Design includes two revision rounds, Custom Presentations three, websites two. Extra rounds are $7 each. There are no refunds once work has started; the work is revised within your included rounds instead. The refund policy sets that out in full.
